What’s great and what’s not
Incredibly attentive staff who treat you like family. spacious, clean rooms make for a cozy retreat. The breakfast is a culinary delight with varied offerings prepared on request!
The closet had an unpleasant odor, and we had to switch rooms to avoid some pests. Minor inconvenience but disappointing nonetheless.

i thought i was stepping into a boutique hotel, but instead endured a chilly room despite raising concerns. the shower took forever to heat, wasting both time and water. absolutely no special treatment was offered—where's the upgrade or complimentary snack? it's almost laughable. was i in the wrong hotel? just couldn’t give a good review, sorry!

The hotel's staff were incredibly attentive, treating us like family throughout our stay. They even filled our water bottles for our hiking adventures!
We encountered a hot water issue during our stay, which was somewhat inconvenient as it happened periodically.

Just a proper fit for a weekend outing in Cusco with best value for money ratio. The area was safe, with plenty of cafes and markets nearby. Aim for a room higher up to avoid noise from the street.

The room was super spacious and had a balcony with a nice view. It included cool amenities like a flat-screen TV and a walk-in shower. Staff filled our water bottles for hikes, and breakfast had both hot and cold options. The area was safe, and so many cafes and markets were nearby.
